Based on the latest neuroscience research, this fully flexible and bespoke programme helps to improve social and emotional mental health through participation in group-drumming activities.

The drumming activities in the Drumbeatable Programme have been proven in numerous neuroscience studies, and by researchers at several universities, to significantly reduce difficulties in young people such as anxiety, stress, ADHD and challenging behaviour.

Released at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, our #BodyPercussion #RecoveryCurriculum uses peer-reviewed and evidence-based fun and engaging exercises inspired by the latest developments in neuroscience. They have been proven to reduce stress & anxiety, boost the immune system and improve creativity.

Thanks to public funding by Arts Council England Covid-19 Emergency Response Fund, we are able to provide our #BodyPercussion #RecoveryCurriculum resources free of charge.
